Let’s say you want to store in Dropbox every PDF that gets generated based on a PDFMonkey Template. Wouldn't it be nice if you could trigger a workflow every time it happens?

Well, you're in luck! That's exactly what the Document Generated trigger is for!

You can choose to trigger your Zap for

  • Any Template in your Workspace

  • A single Template

  • Several specific Templates

Make sure to have at least one Document generated in order to test your trigger in Zapier.

You can then use the generated file to store it, send it by email or get notified in some way.

That's what we did with the Tally information in this example.

The Document exposed by the trigger will not contain your payload. If you need any information in the following actions, we recommend .
